Open Pool
Historically, we’ve offered open pool sessions while classes are held at the Appleton YMCA, available to current NEWP members and current-year students. The cost is $5 per person (current-year students are free).
We have arranged for 2 open pool sessions in 2021! April 11 (2:15 PM – 4:30 PM) and April 18 (2:30 PM – 4:30 PM) at the Appleton YMCA. See the Open Pool section of the Classes page for details.
In normal years, open pool is held from 2:00 – 3:30 on those Sundays when our Fox Cities YMCA (Appleton) kayak classes are held from February through April. Classes (and open pools) are not held the weekends of Canoecopia and Easter. Check the classes page on this website for specifics.
Family friendly, come and go as you can.
