Complete and Submit this form to help us determine your needs and so we can provide appropriate equipment and coordinate safety support personnel.
If you are NOT a member of NEWP Club, you must provide a completed ACA waiver form and pay a $10 event insurance fee for this event. After submitting this form, you will be directed to a payment page followed by the ACA waiver form.
Participation in this event is limited to students of our Introductory Kayak, Kayak Essential or Roll/Rescue classes and current club members who have completed the class in past years.
